Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, MAN-DLE does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mr5cents.candle@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
Eligible claims will be resolved with a refund to your original payment method or store credit, at our discretion. Items must be unopened and unused to qualify.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at mr5cents.candle@gmail.com or (203) 864-1570. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, candles and fragrance products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
